About the Role
The Revenue Operations Executive will have experience in supporting sales forecasting, leading the adoption & enablement of sales tools and processes, and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organisation reaches our sales goals.
You will be proactive, highly organised and have great communication skills since you are responsible for managing lots of sales data throughout the year and will work directly with sales representatives and managers.
Responsibilities
1. Working with Data and Insights to create and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organisation that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
2. Build out and refine sales processes as Bark's strategy evolves, including maintaining process guides and running training and onboarding sessions where needed
3. Own our sales CRM systems (Salesforce) and ensure we are operating in line with best practices and it is fit for purpose as Bark's strategy evolves, liaising with Salesforce support for any technical issues/queries
4. Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce.com and other systems
5. Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed
6. Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organisation
7. Resolve user support tickets
8. Responsible for all aspects of user and licence management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups in Salesforce
9. Run commission calculation and sign off process
Required Skills and Experience
1. Demonstrated progressive relevant experience and an understanding of sales operations
2. Strong analytical ability and able to prioritise multiple projects
3. Knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
4. Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organisational skills
5. Experience as a Salesforce professional
6. Exposure with Sales Cloud
7. Solid hands-on configuration skillset
8. Ability to take initiative and work hard
