Job Description Customer to Customer Manager Full Time Derby An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer to Customer (C2C) Manager to join the Trent 1000 Task Force team. This role will be based in the MRO Optimisation team and will suit an individual who is an enthusiastic problem solver, a self-starter and has a breadth of experience across Rolls-Royce. In this role, you will manage programmes of work designed to deliver a reduced customer to customer lead team across our global MRO network. You will be ensuring timely delivery of a broad suite of activities, working cross functionally to ensure that deliverables are met to ensure Trent 1000 AOG recovery. What you will be doing: The Trent 1000 is a critically important engine for Rolls-Royce and it’s fundamentally important that we get it right for our customers. The Trent 1000 Taskforce comprises of co-located teams from Programme Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, in one place to ensure the right level of focus every day on the issues that matter. Our job is to make sure that by 2026, the Trent 1000 engine is fully competitive and that we’ve implemented all the fixes required, so that we’ve not only restored fleet health but also, we have a product that can win and capture a greater market share. Responsibilities In this role you will play a critical part of driving optimisation across the Trent 1000 MRO network, and the successful candidate will: Integrate with overhaul bases through established governance to maintain oversight & progress of C2C reduction work Serve as an escalation POC for internal Rolls-Royce actions across the MRO network Alignment with MRO VPs on C2C reduction strategy and progress Programme manage and deliver C2C improvements via individual projects Provide insights to the business on C2C performance, existing constraints and help identify fixes Develop the long term vision and policy for C2C management Manage MRO performance related external communications for Trent 1000 Why Rolls-Royce?
