Job Title: Administrator / Bookings Coordinator Location: Wolverhampton - Centre based Salary: £25,000 Type: Full Time, Permanent KM Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a private training provider, who are looking to appoint a Bookings Coordinator/Administrator to provide support to staff within their Wolverhampton centre. Duties: To provide a high-quality administrative service to the team, including, but not limited to: diary/calendar management, data processing, compliance checks, minute taking and event management. Liaise with Careers Leaders based within Schools and Colleges, to organise support meetings or activities for the Apprenticeship Ambassadors within your team. Regularly update spreadsheets and the CRM database.Essential Criteria: Experience of using and maintaining CRM systems and Spreadsheets. Experience of working within a similar Administrative role. Must hold own Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English. Must hold strong Microsoft Office skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication (written and verbal).
