Summary
This is a 3-year degree apprenticeship with Sheffield Hallam University in which you study part time alongside a full-time role. You will cover modules such as Financial Management, Marketing, leadership & change management, business project management and Big Data Analytics. There is a final stage project in conjunction with Capgemini’s business.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
On joining, you will be assigned to start in one of the following roles. As your career progresses, there will be opportunity to rotate across these roles to support with your development of a broad set of skills and exposure to different parts of the business.
* Programme Management Office (PMO) Project Analyst - Working alongside one or more Project Manager(s), delivering the monitoring, control, and management of project finances, resource capacity planning and utilisation, on and offboarding, risks and issues, change management, and project planning
* Service Analyst – You will be working within a Service team, focusing on the performance and achievement of Service Level Agreement’s for Services into the client. This includes the management and trending of incident, problems, changes, and continual improvements, whilst driving compliance, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver the agreed availability, performance, and obligations of the Services
* Business Operation Analyst (BOA) - Supporting the day-to-day operational activities of our business, including finances, communications plan, calendar and mailbox management and resource planning. You will have opportunity to work with leadership teams across the business.

* Support the development of organisational strategies and plans. Develop and deliver operational plans; being able to set targets and KPIs, manage resources, and monitor and measure outcomes to establish operational effectiveness, efficiencies and excellence. Produce reports that clearly present information and data, using a range of interpretation and analytical processes. Gain wide support to deliver successful outcomes
* Plan, organise and manage resources in order to achieve organisational goals. Identify key outcomes, develop and implement plans and monitor progress, and provide reports as required. Proactively identify risk and create plans for their mitigation. Able to initiate, lead and drive change within the organisation, identifying barriers/challenges and how to overcome them. Ability to use widely recognised project management tools
* Managing budgets, controlling expenditure and production of financial reports
* Use of customer insight and analysis of data to determine and drive customer service outcomes and improve customer relationships. Creative approaches to developing solutions to meet customer need

You will be required to attend Sheffield Hallam University on a series of study blocks.
The degree award is BA (Hons) Professional Practice in Management.

Other requirements
This role is only available to be based in our office in Telford, West Midlands. As such you will need to be based within a commutable distance to the Telford office where you should expect to typically be in our Telford office 3 days a week. This specific role is not available to be based in any other UK office, but other opportunities on our website have more flexibility on locations.
