Salary range: £25,200 per annum (Salary is currently £25,200 but will increase in April 2025 in line with London Living Wage)
Hours of work: Full time 36 hours per week (hybrid working, 3 days on site)

What you can expect from this role
Our HR Operations team is at the heart of our workforce function, overseeing all aspects of employment changes from initiation to completion. They meticulously navigate the complexities of HR compliance, ensuring smooth transitions for employees. With a commitment to excellence, they implement a supportive environment for our employees throughout the employee life cycle.
The HR Assistant is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our HR Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who are seeking to kick-start their career in HR and can demonstrate a strong skillset in administration and customer service. You will be responsible for a full range of administration support across all HR processes including payroll, compliance and employee relations.
Previous HR experience is not essential for this role, we are simply looking for candidates are positive, can-do, proactive and have the ability to learn quickly. Some previous administration and customer service experience is essential as you will be the first point of contact within the HR Operations Team for our internal and external stakeholders, so you will need to be confident to interact with staff of all levels.
We have a passion for learning and development and supporting our staff through their career journey within the RHN. Support with level 3/5 CIPD qualifications will be available to candidates after they have passed their probation period and met key objectives of the role.
