If so, we want to hear from you As a Service Development Manager, you’ll work closely with the Client Services Director to lead organisational growth initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and create impactful, sustainable solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless leadership and effective decision-making in the Client Services Director’s absence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies that align with organisational goals and drive measurable outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, conduct key surveys to gather insights, and act as a key representative in senior client interactions. Project Management: Oversee end to end transformation initiatives, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Business Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise workflows, integrate AI technologies, and enhance operational processes. Change Management: Lead communication and training efforts to align teams with transformation goals. Compliance & Governance: Uphold all regulatory policies, including GDPR and FCA standards. What We’re Looking For Key Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in business transformation, process improvement, or project management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s or relevant certifications like PMP, Lean, Agile, or Prosci are a bonus). Strong strategic thinking and execution. Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities, ideally with commercial experience of leading projects using Agile and Lean methodologies Relationship-building skills and a focus on driving results. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). Digitally dexterous and receptive to AI technologies. Why Join Us?
