Description About the role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Building Safety Data Compliance Officer to join our team in London on a full-time permanent basis. We currently operate on a hybrid working model where employees work 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remotely. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and updating property data relating to building safety remediation ensuring that it is catalogued and managed accurately to support the production of The Golden Thread and regulatory building safety cases. The role offers a competitive salary of £44,415 per annum plus £4,000 inner London supplement and provides some great benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays & partnership days. About the Team Our Building Safety Remediation Team is responsible for building safety investigations, remediation and installations, and for setting up the systems required to deliver the requirements of future building safety legislation and guidance. This is a newly formed team led by our Director of Sustainability and Building Safety Remediation, and it is an exciting time to join Guinness to help shape how the organisation works to ensure our buildings are safe. Ability to use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level and good knowledge of other Microsoft Office packages Experience of presenting data extracted from systems in a variety of forms using Microsoft Excel. Experience of working with building construction H&S and O&M files. Previous administration experience of data management systems. Ability to plan and manage multiple work assignments. Highly organised with the ability to work to agreed timeframes. Great attention to detail and the ability to accurately record data for audit purposes. Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours. Essential Qualifications: Educated to NVQ III or equivalent A levels. Desirable Qualifications: Microsoft and/or business intelligence related professional certification or equivalent evidence of competency.
