Dean Close Airthrie school are looking to appoint a 1:1 Teaching assistant to provide dedicated and individual support to a student. This is a part time role, working up to 32 hours per week during term time. You will be providing one on one support to a designated pupils, adapting to their needs and adapting the Class Teachers materials to support their ongoing learning to ensure the pupil remains engaged. Based primarily in the classroom, they would may involve some outdoors activities. The successful applicant would have previous experience of working as a teaching assistant, especially on a one to one basis or with a SEND environment. Dean Close Airthrie sits within Regency Cheltenham and has a Pre-prep and Prep School for children aged 4-11 (Reception – Year 6).
