What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to prepare, cook and serve meals to deadlines
• Assisting with ordering and menu planning
• Team supervision, under the direction of the Catering Manager and in their absence
• Knowledge of health & safety requirements and experience of completing routine checks to ensure a high standard of food hygiene
• Creativity to support implementation and development of the primary meal service
• Contributing to menu development and knowledge of school food standards
• Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills
