Conveyancing Assistant
My Leeds based client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their firm, with salaries dependent on experience.
What will you be doing?
You will be working within the Conveyancing department as a Conveyancing Assistant, dealing with:
1. Exchanges and paperwork
2. Mortgage reports
3. Ordering searches
4. Opening files
5. Producing documents
6. Filing
7. Billing and taxing
8. Post and telephone calls
9. Ad hoc/admin duties
What skills will you have?
You will have at least one year's experience providing support as a Conveyancing Assistant; any additional legal experience would be advantageous. You will be a strong communicator, well-organised, and able to work efficiently through large workloads in order of priority. You will possess strong IT and admin skills and work well in a team.
