Responsibilities
The Role:
As a Food & Safety Quality Auditor, you will:
* Conduct audits of production processes to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
* Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
* Assist with root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
* Stay informed on industry regulations and participate in external audits.
* Maintain detailed records and documentation for compliance.
* Support production teams in adhering to quality standards.
* Communicate audit findings and quality metrics to management.
* Conduct gap analysis of customer codes and ensure proper procedures are in place.
Qualifications
The Candidate:
The ideal Food Safety & Quality Auditor will have:
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
The Package:
