About the role
At NFU Mutual, our IT division plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. We lead projects like transitioning to Cloud services, enhancing cybersecurity, and developing digital customer solutions, managing an annual change portfolio worth over £80 million.
You will support designing and implementing architectural solutions aligned with our business and technical strategies, working closely with senior architects, project managers, and stakeholders.
From day one, you will coordinate IT demand and intake, shaping our IT landscape, and develop insightful reports for risk management and prioritization. You will ensure governance and control of IT demand, minimizing risks and optimizing our IT estate.
We support your growth through mentorship and studying a master’s in enterprise architecture, providing a collaborative environment for your ideas and development.
Application Process
If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a telephone interview and then to an in-person Assessment Centre on 2nd May.

About you
You need a 2:2 I.T degree, a passion for learning, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of architectural standards (e.g., TOGAF, Agile Architecture), understanding of ITIL procedures, and stakeholder management skills are desirable. Skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and digital literacy are also important.
