You will be someone who can critically appraise their own learning needs and enjoys supporting the development of others through expert role modelling, teaching and supervised practice. You will be able to work creatively to lead and motivate the team to strive for continuous improvement through the development of collaborative working pathways within Mental Health Services and with partner organisations in the acute, voluntary and community sectors.
