Contract Manager - Facilities Management (UK)
As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing contract management across UK sites, ensuring the effective delivery of Hard and Soft Services. You will work closely with Site Leads, UK commodity leads, and suppliers to manage contract deliverables, monitor KPIs, implement SCM governance, and drive continuous improvement at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Coordination & Delivery: Collaborate with site and commodity leads to ensure services meet contractual requirements and organizational standards, including KPI analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and manage supplier KPIs, ensuring they comply with processes and contractual obligations. Handle change control processes and support performance management across contract life cycles.
Contract Development & Novation: Assist in developing, revising, or novating contracts. Ensure smooth integration of new or revised service contracts, aligning them with company goals and customer needs.
Change Control & Risk Management: Oversee and track change control processes. Work with site teams and finance to manage budgets, capture risks, and identify opportunities.
Supplier Review Leadership: Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual supplier reviews to assess performance, address issues, and ensure adherence to agreed KPIs.
Tender Management: Lead and manage UK tenders within the services perimeter, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and contractual specifications.
Integration of New Services: Oversee the integration of new services or sites, aligning them with the overall strategy and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise: Provide guidance and expertise to internal teams and suppliers, leading by example and fostering a culture of best practices and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience: Proven experience in contract management, preferably in facilities management, services, or supply chain management.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Performance & Change Management: Experience managing supplier performance, KPIs, and change controls.
Leadership: Ability to lead teams and manage supplier relationships to drive contract performance and service delivery
