EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager - Bracknell - Up to 70K
I am working with a global manufacturing company who are searching for a EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager, who will be operating in a Sole capacity reporting into the Senior HR Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls in France, Germany, Italy and the UK, along with all benefits administration and negotiating benefit renewals.
The role will require you to work in the office 3 days a week.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing payrolls for France, Germany, Italy and UK through ADP Celergo
- First point of contact for all payroll & benefits queries
- Business partnering with other departments to improve processes
- Process on benefits administration
- Working closely with wider business to renew and improve company benefits.
- Previous experience working in a sole role ideal but not essential
- EMEA Payroll experience
- Benefits experience
