Frette is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our London team. This individual is an integral part of the store team, acting as a key partner to management and sales to support the business according to Frette's standard and values. Employees are required to contribute to maintaining all brand and operating standards consistently, while ensuring a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and product ownership. Responsibilities include: Performing store opening and closing procedures Ensuring compliance of all operational policies & procedures are met at all times Accurately processing all POS transactions and capturing of customer information Actively assisting on the sales floor and ensuring customer service standards are met following the Frette selling ceremony. Adhering to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence Acting as a liaison with the store manager by working together in regards to inventory levels in the store, as well as partnering with sales associates to ensure customer is always first and sales are carried out successfully Start of shift and end of shift check ins with management on a daily basis Supporting the organization and the upkeep of the stockroom (FOH, BOH, cash wrap included), performing stockroom maintenance, stock checks, and shipping of product (transfers, customer related items, deliveries, etc.) Informing store of new receipts, out of stocks, best sellers (on hand inventory levels), etc. Following Frette packaging guidelines for any ship outs, maintaining a consistent company perspective and expectation on charge sends, returns/exchanges, and other such transactions that are critical to a positive customer experience Assist with offsite activities including but not limited to home installations, tailors. etc Additional responsibilities as needed. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum three (3) years of experience within a retail or customer service Excellent skills in operating personal computers, shipping systems, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office and Google Drive Detail oriented, strong organization and follow up skills Self-motivated and ability to work well independently as well as within a team atmosphere Demonstrates a positive attitude that contributes to a positive team environment Team oriented but also self-driven with entrepreneurial spirit Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance Strong written and verbal communication skills This role will support both the flagship boutique location in Mayfair and Concession shop in Harrods.
