FULLY OFFICE BASED ROLE Our client in the Ruislip area is seeking a Personal Assistant who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role: Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare documents. Maintain digital filing systems. Email & Communication Management : Handle email correspondence, draft emails, and maintain a structured filing system. Ensure all communications reflect the directors' high standards. Personal Assistance : Manage personal errands, bookings, and personal admin tasks. Maintain confidentiality and discretion. Business Support : Assist with business tasks, conduct market research, and liaise with key stakeholders. Host and welcome guests professionally. Organisation & Time Management : Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and keep track of deadlines and key events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, proficient in adapting tone and style. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and manage urgent tasks. Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and proactive approach. Preferably with a background in property, finance, or hospitality-run businesses.
