We are looking for Administration Support to join the UHNM Trust Admin Bank to work in our various divisions. These postings are based at both Royal Stoke University Hospital and County Hospital, Stafford.
Some of the duties which are involved in our roles are outlined below:
* Contacting patients by telephone to book their procedure or appointment.
* Amending and updating waiting list data.
* Reception duties.
* Typing and formatting clinical letters.
* Medical Secretarial.
You must be experienced in using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Ideally, you will have experience using Careflow and iPortal or similar NHS systems.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have secretarial and typing experience.
We are seeking people who are available to work Monday to Friday between 8 am to 5 pm and can commit to working at least 3 days during the week. Please confirm your availability in your supporting information.
At present, we are not seeking people who are only available during the evening and weekend.
You will need to be competent with Microsoft Office, enthusiastic, hardworking, and flexible. You will be a self-starter, organised, reliable, and an excellent communicator who is able to work with a variety of staff.
Although not essential, it would be advantageous if you have experience working with Careflow, iPortal, or other hospital systems.
Previous experience working within the NHS would be an advantage; however, this is not essential.
