You’ll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their training journey — from booking courses to supporting them with theory and practical tests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a difference, this is the role for you Key Responsibilities: Course Bookings: Coordinate bookings, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for candidates. Customer Support: Be the first point of contact, answering queries and offering updates throughout their training journey. Brand Building: Provide excellent customer service that enhances the company’s reputation and encourages positive reviews. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various operational tasks. Product Recommendations: Suggest additional products to elevate the customer experience.
