With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction they have made a significant investment in technology to deliver efficient, up-to-date banking services in a mobile, 24/7 digital world and are looking for a Customer Service Representative on a 12 Month FTC to join their growing Banking team.
As a Customer Service Representative a typical day will see you handling calls and dealing with enquiries regarding payments, setting up new accounts, making changes to direct debits, closing accounts and many more. You will also be corresponding with clients over webchat and/or email.
As you can imagine no two days are the same in this fast-paced environment and you will need to be be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer's individual needs.
The ideal Customer Service Representative will have:

* Good IT skills including Excel
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise
