The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Business Solutions team as Business Development Manager. Our Business Solutions team is responsible for the sales and distribution of ID and Business Solution products into the UK B2B market, including hotel TVs.
We are looking for passionate and capable Business Development Managers who have knowledge and sales-related experience in end user markets, preferably in the pro-AV/ IT, or hotel / healthcare / leisure industry. As Business Development Manager, you will assume responsibility for engaging new enterprise customers and finding new business opportunities.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities and successfully engage new enterprise customers
* Develop new product solution packages and new business models with eco partners
* Provide meaningful insight into your end customer engagement and proactively update and maintain a growing pipeline
* Collaborate with HQ, RHQ, and other subsidiaries on multi-region projects
* Focus on the core products aimed at the corporate and hotel, healthcare or leisure space
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and engage the C-Suite to close deals
Skills, Education & Experience
* Solid years’ experience in business development or enterprise account management
* Relevant knowledge and experience in end user markets. Pro AV / IT industry, or hotel/healthcare/leisure knowledge and sales-related experience preferred
* Highly experienced in project development, management and account management
* Able to build attractive corporate relationships at senior levels
* A highly motivated individual and driven in successfully securing new business opportunities
* A self-starter with an intelligent approach to selling
* Comfortable selling to high level decision makers
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills (C-level) in addition to consulting and presentation skills
* Good understanding of sales operations and P&L
