What you’ll do:
* Sell commercial vehicles and industrial equipment contract hire, achieving targeted KPIs
* Promote rental and sale of industrial equipment to meet or exceed sales targets
* Proactively generate new business opportunities within NI and border counties
* Build and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers
* Maintain regular customer contact to ensure a first-class experience
* Manage CRM system daily, logging all interactions and opportunities
* Process and monitor orders, working with departments to ensure on-time delivery
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and latest products
* Negotiate and close sales effectively
* Persuade and influence customers to deliver the best solutions for their needs
What you need:
* Proven track record in sales, ideally in commercial vehicles and/or industrial equipment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships
* Proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on exceeding targets
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience using CRM systems (desirable)
* Confident, persuasive manner with the ability to handle different sales situations
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
