Duties
1. Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored solutions.

3. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
5. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
5. Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
6. A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
