Job Description Capable of building strong relationships with client counterparts and internal delivery teams. Possesses a working understanding of the service management framework, including ITIL practices, processes, and procedures. Acts asa conduit between delivery teams (ISD, Ops, Modern Workplace, APD, Service Assurance), Netcompany's partners, and the client to ensure that agreed service levels and customer expectations are met. Has the ability to create and review service management processes and procedures, in-line with client requirements. Can identify improvement opportunities / contributes to the continual improvement of all practices, processes, and procedures to enhance the delivery of services and create value for clients. Has an awareness of deliverables and understands the implications of non-delivery. Is developing an awareness of risk management, identifying opportunities for growth, and negotiation. Undertakes own work with an awareness of cost implications. Ensures tasks are completed efficiently to ensure close adherence to cost models. Supports the SDM with management of major incidents and / or escalations, confidently managing progress against agreed actions and communicating updates. Understands reporting responsibilities for their delivery / deliveries and can capture, interpret, and report on data in relating to that delivery. Supports the SDM during performance reviews with the client, Netcompany's delivery teams, and Netcompany's partners. Qualifications 2years experience in the IT industry Proven experience in incident and request management. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Additional Information Additional Requirements: Must be reliable and flexible. Hours of work will be between 08:00 - 18:00, with an 8-hour working day staggered across the 10-hour timeframe.
