The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, team leadership, and strategic planning to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and optimise multi-site operations
2. Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams
3. Manage warehousing, transport, and fleet performance
4. Drive efficiency, compliance, and health & safety standards
5. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
6. Chair key meetings and report directly to the Directors
What We’re Looking For
1. 5+ years in a senior logistics management role (3PL preferred)
2. A proven leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
3. Strong operational, financial, and compliance knowledge
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
