My client is a leading player in the Foodservice Equipment industry who has a fantastic reputation and an extremely exciting future. They are looking for talented individuals to join them on their next chapter.
They are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their sales team. The successful Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and developing partnerships with a portfolio of Retail and Petrol Forecourt accounts.

Responsibilities include:
1. Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail and petrol forecourt accounts to maximize opportunities for growth.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored account plans to meet customer needs and achieve company objectives.
3. Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth through identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering on financial targets.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer-specific solutions.
5. Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences to offer innovative solutions that resonate with customers.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
The Ideal Key Account Manager Candidate:
1. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience managing Retail and Petrol Forecourt Key Accounts.
2. Must have strong negotiation skills and be able to demonstrate delivering results.
3. Have knowledge of category and insights.
4. Must have a track record of winning key accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
5. Strong communication skills and previous experience of successfully leading a sales team.
6. Have a structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
7. Must have a full UK driving licence.
