Your role What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior QA Analyst (Automation) on a contract basis within our PayByPhone business. We’re a member of FLEETCOR Technologies Inc, a global pioneer in developing new technology to help the fleet industry boost productivity and profitability. This is a highly technical role where a person would be establishing test harness architecture and Automation Quality Assurance best practices. Successful candidates will enjoy solving technical problems and establishing testing strategies and processes. How We Work As a Senior QA Analyst (Automation) you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in the designated office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Creating and execution of automated tests, plans and methods across complex systems and subsystems. Creating and maintaining a testing framework utilizing both automated and manual strategies which can identify defects and performance bottlenecks across a continually growing number of web properties and integration points. Providing and integrate strategy for deciding between manual and automated test coverage. Modernizing and improve the quality of business-critical legacy systems and the architecture that supports them. Developing manual and automated test cases and configurations needed to meet testing of business requirements. Executing test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software applications, including Systems Integration, Regression, and Performance Testing. Identifying opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques and looks beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities. Qualifications & Skills You have 4 years previous experience in software testing with strong knowledge of QA automation methodology and tools. You have solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing. You have proven ability in writing automated test cases, running functional, automated, or performance tests, and managing defects. You have experience collaborating across engineering and operations teams to build robust system tests, define necessary instrumentation and deliver test results. You understand how to balance customer needs with systems requirements, and know how to prioritize well and communicate clearly. You collaborate effectively with product managers and domain experts, working with them to understand requirements and business goals.
