Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience £65,000 - £85,000

Were looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team based in London. Youll have the chance to work on a wide range of prestigious projects, from sustainability-driven offices and commercial spaces to state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, award-winning retail developments, and major residential communities.
As an Associate, youll play a key role in a variety of projects with plenty of autonomy to work individually, as well as collaborate in planning and managing resources. Youll be supporting senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest technical standards, and within budget.
What Youll Do:
* Assist in leading and managing the technical and commercial aspects of projects
* Stay updated with the latest industry best practices and developments in your field
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts
* Ensure projects meet all technical and safety standards
* Review and approve work prepared by others
* Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results within deadlines
What Were Looking For:
* Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
* At least 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering
* Strong technical knowledge with the ability to solve complex problems
* Good commercial awareness and judgment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the team
* Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated to continue your professional development
