This individual will play a key role in optimising operational processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and providing strategic insights that drive the growth and efficiency of our business. The Business Operations Manager will work closely with multiple teams across the organisation, including sales, customer success, fulfilment, finance, and engineering, to streamline processes, identify improvement areas, and drive impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization and Improvement: Analyse, design, and improve business processes across departments to enhance efficiency, unblock operational challenges and support the product roadmap and growth. Develop and implement standardised processes and best practices for effective scaling of operations. Cross-Functional Support Lead and manage high-impact projects from inception through to execution, working closely with stakeholders across departments. Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of objectives. Act as the central point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment on goals and strategic initiatives. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to generate actionable insights. Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management to inform strategic decisions. Strategic Planning and Business Growth: Support strategic planning and business development efforts by identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth or optimisation. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritise operational goals that align with the company’s mission and objectives. Drive initiatives that enhance scalability, agility, and efficiency in support of Hofy’s long-term goals. Stakeholder Management and Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain open communication channels to ensure alignment. Ensure transparent and proactive communication across departments to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Experience & Skills You have at least 3 years experience in a high growth or startup environment. You’ve had demonstrable success in undertaking business initiatives with limited direction to achieve positive business impacts. You have experience collaborating successfully with multiple core business functions such as sales, product, legal and finance. You have proven experience of presenting to and engaging senior stakeholders to change the way that things work. You have exceptional written and verbal English and can document processes and projects, as well as present them to diverse teams to drive employee ownership and engagement.
