Role and Responsibilities: As an Art Teacher, you will: Develop and deliver engaging and innovative art lessons that cater to a range of abilities and interests. Foster a love for art and creativity in students from all year groups. Encourage students to explore various mediums and techniques, from traditional to contemporary art forms. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Art examinations, providing guidance and support throughout their coursework. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into the broader school curriculum and community. Requirements: A degree in Art, Art Education, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in teaching art at the secondary school level. A creative and dynamic teaching approach with a commitment to inspiring students. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students, parents, and staff.
