TRAINING NEEDS ANALYST - INSIDE IR35 - INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT
Lorien's leading higher education client is looking for a highly experienced Training Needs Analyst on an initial 6 month contract, with the successful candidate working on site in Edinburgh 2x per week.
Essential Skills
1. Willingness and ability to innovate and find new approaches to achieve positive outcomes.
2. Organised, with a positive enthusiastic attitude.
3. Ability to be diplomatic and persuasive.
4. Significant and evidenced practical experience of training needs analysis.
5. Experience of working with learning content or training providers using virtual learning environments (VLEs), assessment and feedback platforms, digital skills support or media production.
6. Effective use of training needs analysis tools and techniques.
7. Working collaboratively and effectively with business, education, and IT subject matter experts.
8. Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Significant experience of working with stakeholders to understand the connections between the people, processes, systems, data, and interfaces in a complex organisation.
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills to consistently produce clear and engaging analysis outputs, and present information to others.
11. Working accurately and consistently to a high standard.
Desirable Skills
1. Good understanding of approaches for evaluating solutions and working with multidisciplinary teams.
2. Experience of documenting and evaluating requirements and suppliers for procurement or market analysis projects.
