This is an exciting opportunity to join our service. The Emergency Duty Team (EDT) is a small bespoke service that responds to emergencies out of hours.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Practitioner with proven experience in social care. The Assistant Practitioners work over a 6-week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. The role will involve carrying out assessments and care and support planning under the Care Act 2014.
