We have a fantastic opportunity to join the established and growing Environmental Protection Team. The team is responsible for responding to planning applications, managing the Private Water Supplies regime for over 500 commercial and domestic premises, Local Air Quality Management, animal licensing and welfare, noise and nuisance investigations, pollution control, bathing waters and premises licensing representations.

What you will need:
You should hold a Level 7 postgraduate qualification in Environmental Health or an Environmental Protection related subject. You will need extensive experience across a broad range of environmental protection fields, alongside substantial technical competence within a specialist area. The ability to lead and manage technically complex cases, often managing multiple projects at any one time, is essential. Previous line management experience would be desirable.
