We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join our Customer Service Department in Leeds. With a robust team, they pride themselves on producing high-quality products whilst delivering exceptional customer service throughout the UK.\n\nDescription\n\nProcess and manage customer orders promptly and accurately.\n Manage key customer relationships and grow accounts\nEnsure constant and efficient communication with customers regarding their orders.\nHandle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.\nPreparing and submitting customer quotations \nWork closely with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.\nMonitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely order delivery.\nUpdate and maintain accurate order records in the company database.\nAdhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of the role.\nCollaborate with the wider customer service team to improve order processing procedures.Profile\n\nA successful Sales Order Processor should have:\n\nA solid understanding of order processing procedures.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nProven experience working within an order processing role.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nProven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nGood knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independently.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Job Offer\n\nA competitive salary of £27,000.\nGenerous holiday allowance of 25 days plus Birthday Holiday.\nOn site parking facilities.\nCompany bonus scheme.\nA supportive and collaborative work environment within the industrial / manufacturing sector
