About The Role:
As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will be working in our fast-paced customer contact centre, spending most of your day on the phone with our customers. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Onboard clients onto their newly purchased products, introducing them to our online training portals to ensure a successful start.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
* Document and update customer records accurately in our CRM system, adhering to compliance regulations at all times.
* Upsell products or services as well as collect outstanding balances from customers, based on their needs and preferences.
* Run our online events behind the scenes, engaging with customers in the chat, creating agendas for our speakers, and liaising with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience.
