About You As Head of Architecture, you will have an enviable track record in one or multiple sectors that we operate in. Your significant experience in delivery will be displayed while working on our multi-disciplinary projects, including but not limited to Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, civil and Structural Engineering within various sectors. You will be a registered Architect (RIBA/ARB) with the ability to demonstrate managing complex projects and multiple priorities whilst building, developing and managing a motivated and enthusiastic team. Client care and repeat business is crucial to success, so you’ll need to be able to collaborate, manage and own key relationships with our clients, both internally and externally. Additionally working on. Time, cost, quality and resource and delivery management including communication with the department and management to ensure that resource, project and customer requirements are clearly understood and met. Manage and oversee the preparation of enquiry plans, tender reviews, fee estimate sheets, scopes of work and change controls. Monitoring of project fee spend and delivery of commercial objectives including CVR management. Manage Cost of Further Works and resource plans. Key Purpose Full management of the Architecture team in the [Office] office, including recruitment, resourcing, professional development and engagement to deliver high quality output to all projects. Management of Architecture involvement in several projects, including time, cost, quality and resource management, client relationship management and project delivery Monitor, support and champion quality and compliance controls within local teams and projects Contribute to the development and growth of national Architecture team, actively participating in the decisions withing the Management Team Meetings and Architecture improvement initiatives Provide feedback on the performance of the department from a technical and operational perspective.
