Job Description
The Lion Hotel is seeking an experienced & passionate CDP to join their growing team to enable the restaurant to cater for increasing demand.
As CDP you will prepare and deliver excellent standards of food quality at all times, paying particular attention to the dish specifications to ensure that all dishes are prepared, cooked and delivered correctly, first time. All legal standards are to be maintained in terms of Food safety, hygiene, and allergen processes. You will also work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team in the delevelopment of new dishes, training of KP's & junior chefs, and GP analysis & control
This full time permanent position is based on 40 hours per week with straight shifts and consecutive days off being the norm.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a experience in a modern kitchen at either a Commis Chef or CDP level, a real passionate for team work and a desire to positively influence menu content & service standards.
