Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic optimizations. Create dashboards and visual reports to track performance trends. Lead performance analysis at Beta and Live service assessments. Stay up to date with best practices and government digital service standards. Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Performance Analyst or Web Analyst in a government or public sector setting. Strong understanding of government service manuals and service assessments. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (3 years).
