As we’re growing, we’re on the hunt for an exceptional Account Manager who has a strong passion for the creative world who wants to develop and learn more. THE ROLE: The Junior Account Manager acts as the primary link between the client and the agency on a day-to-day basis. The role also entails assisting the Senior Account Manager/ Head of CST in delivering creative and digital solutions. JOB OVERVIEW: As Junior Account Manager your responsibilities are broad and varied and the projects are both on and offline. Projects could include brand and tactical campaigns and asset rollout, website development, digital marketing campaigns, planning and implementation. You will manage multiple smaller budget projects from the scoping/briefing stage, to timings and quoting and ultimately through to delivery, with support from your line manager/senior lead. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPROJECT & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: With support, you will manage your own projects Set up new jobs and produce quotes Produce timing plans for projects, attend schedule meetings and schedule studio Resource, prepare briefs, appropriately brief relevant resource and diarise Reviews working in collaboration with other teams within the agency Ensure scheduled time is accurate and kept up-to-date As a client facing member of the team, prepare for meetings; including room preparation, production of agendas, required documents and contact reports Complete timesheets on a daily basis Provide assistance to other team members as and when required FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: For your projects, you are responsible for keeping estimating, quoting, monthly billing plans and invoicing up to date and maintained accurately to aid financial reporting Raise supplier POs and ensure costs with appropriate markup are allocated to your jobs within synergist Support on adding new core client opportunities to Synergist to support opportunity pipeline reporting CLIENT PARTNERSHIP: Taking the time to learn about the client’s business and competitive landscape to help support the wider team Building relationships with clients based on trust, reliability and delivery of exceptional service Communicating with clients as and when needed to ensure that any client requests are addressed in partnership with other members of the relevant team(s) Always anticipating what is next, answering questions before the client asks, and using your skills to keep all members of the team updated and informed REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Commercially astute Self-motivated taking the initiative to grow A desire for great work Able to multitask and manage a number of projects at once Good planning and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong team player Have an good eye for detail Excellent relationship building No Agencies, please.
