As the forefront of the business, it will be expected that you will hold the best in business customer service to all stakeholders. Working in our control room a security CCTV controller is responsible for monitoring and managing surveillance cameras. You will ensure the safety and security of a facility by monitoring live footage, recognising potential security threats, and responding appropriately to incidents. The controller must be able to follow established protocols, communicate effectively with security personnel on the ground, and document all activities and incidents within the control room. You will also monitor and book guards on and off sites across the UK and be the first line of contact to our clients. A valid SIA Door Supervisor, Guarding license is essential to be considered for this role Main Responsibilities: First line of contact for our clients. Making and receiving calls to ensure staff are on site. Logging complaints, incidents and issues via the relevant forms and handing over when required Reviewing call monitor and coaching officers the book on process if not using automated system and likewise for tablet booking on Reviewing emails and passing on to relevant departments as and when needed Reactive to situations such as management engagement from customer complaints Crime desk supporting when the analysis is out of the business Tech monitoring on screens and compliance checking and reporting none usage CCTV monitoring.
