This is a remote position. We are looking for freelance problem-solving, creative producers who can lead on making seemingly impossible ideas a reality on a range of progressive issues. The role will be working with a team with experience of delivering headline grabbing actions - including some of the people behind art/activism collective Led By Donkeys. While every project will be different the core functions we are looking for are: Planning & Development Lead on turning creative ideas into actionable project plans with timelines, budgets and deliverables. Secure venues, permits, and necessary approvals. Budget & Financial Management Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. Logistics & Operations Coordinate with stakeholders including photographers, filmmakers, projection teams and others Handle risk management, safety, and compliance requirements. Creative & Production Oversight Work with creatives and campaign teams to oversee the delivery of creative assets Research and identify materials and suppliers needed for actions - this could be anything from working out how to print a 30 metre banner to transporting a bombed out ambulance from Ukraine to London Inclusion and Diversity We know that diverse teams lead to better outcomes and each new hire is a chance for Own the Space to bring in new perspectives and approaches. We’re often doing things that haven’t been done before, so the ability to think creatively to find solutions is critical Strong communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stake holders Drive to be part of a small, highly creative team take on some of the most powerful actors in the world We have a network of Producers and are keen to expand it. Benefits Please note that at OTS, every role we hire is pegged to an organisational level that has a fixed salary per annum. If the contract is shorter than a fixed-term employment role, the pay is adjusted to reflect the different employment type but is pegged at an equivalency to the per annum rate.
