Job Summary
Are you a strategic leader with expertise in Oracle ERP systems? They are seeking a Senior Manager, Oracle Inventory and Supply Chain Functional Track Lead to provide functional leadership and drive the successful delivery of a global Oracle ERP program within the Inventory and Supply Chain domains.
In this role, they’ll lead a functional team, manage resources, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design, recommend, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals. They’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of their ERP implementation, ensuring its scalability, efficiency, and alignment with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership and Guidance: Lead and manage resources within the Oracle functional track to ensure the timely completion of deliverables and tasks for the global Oracle ERP program.
* Best Practices: Research and promote best practices, enabling key decision-makers to leverage these as strategic advantages.
* Solution Design: Actively participate in the design process, refining business processes to maximize Oracle ERP capabilities.
* Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional track leads to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Program Execution: Plan and execute global ERP implementations in partnership with ERP solution integrators and business process leaders.
* Team Development: Partner with IT leadership to build internal expertise and self-sufficiency in ERP skills within the organization.
* Testing and Deployment: Define functional, system integration, and regression testing efforts. Participate in site cutover planning to minimize business disruption.
* Progress Monitoring: Monitor team performance, address risks and issues proactively, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
* Standards Compliance: Manage according to standard global release cycles, including analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven leadership experience managing global enterprise systems teams and external partners, with an emphasis on Oracle ERP implementations.
* Extensive experience in global Oracle ERP implementation within manufacturing and/or distribution environments.
* In-depth knowledge of Oracle R12 core functions, particularly in inventory and supply chain.
* Strong understanding of global transformation programs and large-scale change management.
* Ability to manage diverse, geographically dispersed teams and foster collaboration in cross-disciplinary environments.
* Experience with structured systems methodologies, IT general controls frameworks, and developing site cutover plans.
