Our Sales Managers are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the hunt for driven individuals who can inspire a team of sales consultants to influence our prospects to improve their life styles, from pre-sale and beyond.
During the pre-sale you will be pivotal to ensuring the club opens with it's open member count budget, once the club is open your role will be to continue to grow the member count and support the new member journey.
This role is all about hitting targets, making the most of your relationship building skills, to help you grow a pipe line of new prospects, to increase sales revenue and new member count. You will have the platform to take control and create your own success story, through David Lloyd’s challenger method of selling.

1. Proven track record of selling and achieving targets.
2. Genuine passion when engaging with colleagues, prospects and members.
3. Experience of managing and motivating a strong driven team essential.
4. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
5. Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to a deadline.
6. Ability to develop and coach a team to reach their full potential.
7. Computer literate – experience of working with data systems essential.
How will I be measured?
8. Performance against new member sales targets, both individually and as a team.
9. Key KPI’s which will be agreed prior to every 4 monthly cycle.
10. Performance against non-negotiable activity, outlined in the Ways of Working document.
11. Individual and team members’ performance reviewed against our 6 Values.
12. Contribution to clubs profit and loss performance and member count.
13. Performance against all company compliance audits.
