Junior Engineer/Support Analyst - About the role:
The Junior Engineer/Support Analyst/Consultant role will be a hybrid roles with a few days per week in the office based in Leeds, supporting customers using the company's software, building a strong technical awareness of the full technical skill set.
Working closely with other technical team members, sharing knowledge, and collectively resolving customer queries and documenting the process. The role will involve working with technologies such as SQL, Cloud (Azure), SQL Server, Windows Server, Scripting and some exposure to networking principles, basic Scripting and creating some SQL statements to query databases.
The role will give you exposure to software upgrades and implementations, product testing, support, infrastructure within their Azure environment and offers the chance to develop further.
Junior Engineer/Support Analyst - Key Responsibilities:
1. Support of various business applications, and upgrades/new installation of software
2. Testing application, product releases, provide quality assurance and resolving any queries
3. Aid in the resolution of configuration and deployment issues
4. Support the documentation of the process of the software products to help with further project implementation.
5. Creating databases, basic Scripting, writing SQL statements, understanding SQL Server
6. Support and resolution of customer queries
7. Any other related duties as required by the business, including analysis, and following best practice.
Junior Engineer/Support Analyst - Essential Technical Skills:

13. Creating/querying databases, creating SQL statements
