A leading construction company is seeking to recruit a Property Administrator to work within their open office team. This company is searching for a confident communicator who is professional, able to work well under pressure, and contribute within a small team. This role is office-based in Bolton, offering career progression, self-development, and other great benefits. Standard working hours are Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. There can be some flexibility around this if required for the right candidate.
Your new role
As a Property Administrator, you will be expected to support the wider office team, which will include:
1. Administration support
2. Customer service support via email, telephone, and sometimes face-to-face.
3. Building strong relationships by acting as a liaison between contractors and residents.
4. Overseeing maintenance requests and updating systems information for the Service Manager.
5. Organising property viewings (virtual and in-person) for potential residents.
6. Arranging move-ins, property tours, and providing information.
7. Processing agreements, renewing tenancies, and collecting holding fees.
8. Managing property inventories, inspections, and updates to our CRM system.
9. Assisting in planning and running community events.
10. Being the first point of contact for enquiries.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary of £28,000 depending on experience, plus an annual company bonus, depending on profit.
