Focusing predominantly on the material handling sector, they require a new Customer Service Advisor to deal with inbound enquiries and respond to emails. Responsibilities
1. Taking in-bound calls and emails from customers based across the UK
2. Managing customers' expectations for maintenance and repairs
3. Communicating with suppliers to organise deliveries
4. Planning schedules for service engineers based on in-bound enquiries and planned maintenance
5. Managing orders of spare parts using internal software
Requirements
The company is ideally looking for a candidate with experience of working within customer service or a service department with good communication skills. They would also be open to an engineer looking to come off the tools and into an office-based job. Another option would be someone looking to kickstart their career in customer service. In terms of location, you will need to be based within commutable distance of the company’s office in Bolton.
