About the role
Availability Window
Days: Sun-Sat from 07:00 to 22:00
Shift Leader rate of pay: Starts from £14.28 an hour; increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities for fewer hours (minimum of 12).
Customers are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll:
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store.
* Listen to customers and ensure they leave satisfied.
* Coach colleagues and provide feedback.
* Maintain a safe working environment.
* Assist managers in improving store operations.
* Lead by example.
