Job description Job Summary Our Client is a leading landscaping and grounds maintenance company, committed to delivering high-quality green spaces for commercial and private clients. We are expanding our team in Swindon and are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join them.
Available Roles:
Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Oversee and lead a small team in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services
Plan and coordinate tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, and planting
Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Previous leadership experience in grounds maintenance is desirable
Grounds Maintenance Operative
Carry out routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and planting
Assist in keeping landscapes tidy and well-maintained
Work as part of a team to deliver excellent outdoor spaces
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
What Were Looking For:
Experience in grounds maintenance (essential for Team Leader, desirable for Operative)
A strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and attention to detail
