Manage complex and high-risk cases, offering guidance and decision-making support to colleagues. Ensure that the voice of the child is central to all interventions and service delivery. Promote and maintain effective multi-agency partnerships to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. Support the Team Manager in the day-to-day running of the team, including performance monitoring and quality assurance. Act as a role model for high-quality, strengths-based social work practice. Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should be a Qualified Social Worker with a current Social Work England registration and substantial post-qualifying experience in children's social care, specifically in child protection and family support.
