Exciting global brand is growing its UK Procurement organization in line with increased growth and demands throughout the business. A key hire within the indirect procurement organization is an experienced procurement professional with expertise in negotiating service-based contracts.
Being the Procurement Manager for Professional Services means knowing how to navigate within the "grey area" of professional services contracts to understand supplier deliverables, KPIs, and quality of service rather than monitoring only cost savings. If you have handled contracts for marketing, consultancy, IT services, or other similar services then you will know the importance of prioritizing supplier quality over cost to deliver long-term value.
Additional scope of work for the Professional Services Procurement Manager includes:-
* The negotiation, renegotiation, and category management of a range of professional services contracts not only to reduce cost but more importantly, to offset risk, counter inflation, and bring other added value
* Lead strategic projects that impact all areas of the business coordinating with stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and more
* Work on exciting sourcing projects related to Data, Audit, Consulting, and others
As the Procurement Manager for Professional Services you will work under the Category Director with a high degree of autonomy to run your projects in the way you feel will bring the best value to the business.
